7yHi; delighted to have you back on our Team. We have heard that positive environment and opportunity to work on latest skills/projects are few of our strong points. Thanks for recognizing them in your feedback. With reference to Holidays, we have declared Holiday for major festivals but it is unlikely for us to provide Holiday for all festivals given the nature of our client and the work we do for them. We try and conduct Fun Activity once every month, but to accommodate every week would be hard considering our work timing. Please share us your ideas on how we can improve.
