Pros

Everyone I have worked with and met there has been very friendly. My manager is genuinely interested in me and in helping me grow my skill set. Upper management visits the site fairly regularly, leading to a small and approachable atmosphere. They have allowed us to work from home during COVID-19.

Cons

Vacation time and parental leave is not as generous as it was with my previous employer, and it is not negotiable, from what I was told. Health care plan is more expensive than I expected, but does have good benefits.
