Flexible working if you're lucky, ok training budget if you get approved. Option to move to other projects if you're lucky.
Cons
Below market average salary, resistance at every request to promote/increase salary. High attrition and no new hires. Expect remaining staff to pick up slack & work longer hours without thanks for compensation. Hybrid working is coming in now, it's going to decrease staff performance and waste more unpaid hours of our lives, but management don't care.
