No upward mobility options, no raises, no promotions. Leaders have no leadership ability or quality. Constant pressure to do more for less. Negative reinforcement.

Even if you perform well, promotion is based on years - it took 2 years for me to get promoted. I was awarded as Achiever on the first year., very strict with RTO policy - if you’ve been unlucky with your manager.
