Great projects, good people to work with, minimal bureaucracy for a large company, politics largely absent with a clear focus on the client and business challenges

Cons

Very focussed on the current business, could do more to plan for future market requirements

The size and number of opportunities is one of the good points. A lot of people with skills, experience and competence. If your good in business politics, you can go even further... For most part of the staff, overtime is paid, except team managers and upper management.

Cons

The size of the company, politics. You must have friends at right places. People are protective of their area or roles and responsibilities. This is normal in any big size company and governmants.
