      Pros

      chill, relax, easy job. Although if you are put on one of the busier client project, you will work 60-80 hours a week without compensation for it. friendly environment, flexible schedule

      Cons

      almost zero compensation for working hard, close to none recognition. You get exceed expectation review and will get the inflation rate raise of 2-3%. There is no career path here. They definitely under pay you compared to the other consulting company in the area by 20%.

      Pros

      There are some great people to work with and there's no end of projects to get involved with. It's easy to work with the same people on different projects so you get to know your teams and co-workers. The pay is market rate and there's a balance of CGI staff and contractors. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Getting pay raises and promoted is largely a function of being sponsored by someone senior and connected.

      Pros

      Decent benefit package with matching stock purchase program and matching 401k + a bonus annually

      Cons

      The health benefits and the people. If you don't play games you'll never fit in. A very cliquy company. You must have the ability to kiss butt. I'd not. You won't fit in. Also their high deductible health plan is horribly high.
