      Pros

      Knowledgable co-workers and members. Clean facilities. Semi-flexible remote working options.

      Cons

      Management heavy Feeback light. Opportunities only available for the "in crowd". Recognition programs are more peer to peer, and not truly focused on by management. Some staffing is more dead weight, and work/life balance is nearly non-existent (depending on project). Once on a project, unless you are loud about things, you won't likely grow/develop. Very unclear success path, more dictated on favoritism than work ethic and accomplishments. Salary is dis-proportionate.

      Nice benefit package (but expensive)

      Unless you can walk on water you will never hear "good job" Annual review is not worth the cyberspace it is written on 5 new managers in 1 1/2 years, all they care about is placing staff at work sites Must work > 95 hours in 2 weeks to get comp time, company charges for OT and keep 100% % 1 priority is company stock value. Won't allow flip to client even after years of service.
