      the benefits and the flexibility

      My boss was a micromanager and had to run multiple status meetings throughout the day. Sometimes we had 3 status meetings in a day. Also there was lack of boundary in the workplace. There was also a lack of professionalism. To me, it seemed like we were talking over drinks instead of in a meeting talking in a professional manner about things that should matter the most. This list could go on.
