Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of overtime during busy season which is around the holidays and summer time. Management tries to compensate employees with resiliency workshops and appreciation month. Job security is prominent.
Cons
Overtime may become mandatory at times of heavy workload for this specific positiion. PTO accrual rate is too low considering we don't get sick days and need to use PTO/ Leave without pay for ALL absences, tardies, and early leave.
