      Pros

      Stable job as long as you are assigned to a project / client. Financially strong company, great employee stock purchase program, decent benefits, great coworkers, competitive compensation

      Cons

      401k not so great, company does not have mandatory training requirements, limited opportunity for growth, hard to be visible to upper management , company not aggressive enough in pursuing new customers

      Smart people, good contract vehicles, good training options and flexible hours possible if you work more than 40 hours previous week. Location is convenient for shopping, errands. Great opportunity to be part of stock purchase plan.

      Possible to go "on the bench" unexpectedly; management isn't always clear in planning communications; client can be challenging:demanding: Really poor healthcare offerings
