Flexible work/life balance Flex/comp time Members manage themselves Good team environment/culture Cushy gov't consultant job/job security appeared solid Share purchase plan

Cons

No career growth - they eliminated the Manager position, so there are Consultants and there are Directors No investment in the employee - denied for certification/conference fee reimbursement Average/below average salary Awful raise/no bonus/no awards No recognition for proposal contribution or going above and beyond No incentive to put in extra hours or innovate They only care about the bottom line Sub-par benefits

Pros

work work and work! Descent share participation plan.

Cons

Your entire career is dependent on projects. Company keeps telling us how much billions of dollars are in the pipeline/backlog, yet, when your project ends stress begins for your next move. You literally have 3 weeks to find a project or else you are out!

It's decent

Pros

The main reason I liked the company was because they treated me like a professional. I could get into work around 9:30am and no one really cared as long as I got my work done (I've worked at companies before where you need to be there at some ridiculous hour). They don't micro manage employees either. Of course I'm sure it depends on the project, but I was at the company for 6 years and felt appreciated. The stock purchase plan is really nice too - the stock is still doing well.

Cons

Yearly raises are on par with a large company with a lot of overhead (big time execs who don't bill). Yearly reviews can sometimes be late by a few months. Health benefits could be better.
