Company is highly segregated by region. Almost all of the leadership is white and male. They are working on diversity, but focus on it being "a strategy" which totally misses the mark. Pay is WELL below market average. Pitiful raises. There is a massive jump from Senior Consultant to Director and a huge bonus difference between the two, which is ridiculous. No clear direction or strategy. Leaders are late to meetings consistently which shows they don't value their teams. They are 100% focused on paying their consultants as little as possible to keep margins high.

I don't even know where to begin. 1) Unprofessional and not very knowledgeable coworkers. 2) Extremely high turnover and low morale. 3) No opportunities for career growth. It is extremely difficult to get on a different project. They provided no support for people to get training or certifications (see point 1 about unknowledgeable coworkers.) It is very difficult to get promoted even if you are already doing the work of a senior consultant. 4) No work-life balance. No respect for anyone's time outside of work. Worked MANY weekends and holidays.
