Pros

CGI is a big company with many clients.

Cons

Poor management, lack of diversity, hires young workforce and pays peanuts. I am a seasoned professional that has to encounter backlash from the team because I make more money. Well, my project manager is not old enough to rent a car!

Pros

Work/Life Balance flexibility is great. Ability to work from home. The culture is friendly, great teamwork and supportive. The benefits are good, although healthcare is expensive, compensation is ok, management does cares.

Cons

Although management asks for feedback it's rare they listen, they're hands are tied at the top level when it comes to and making changes. Salaries and bonuses are on the low end if you are not in management. Management spending for 'executive outings' is high at the same time they are telling everyone to cut back. Technology for employees is sub-par.

Pros

Benefits were good and there were some good employees working there. That's pretty much all I have to say positive.

Cons

Management was more into office politics and favoritism than actually working and trying to obtain a common goal. You can get promoted if you brown nose.
