      Pros

      Opportunity to work globally; get exposure to international business through work in Canada and Europe. Flexible geographic location possible with CGI.

      Cons

      They are a consulting business and treat employees as commodities or inventory to be sold; they are very short term focused so don't plan for the future. If they have a need for more people because of a job today, they hire; if that job is gone, they fire. There isn't any long term plan to keep the most valuable people to be able to do great work in the future.
