      Great place to work for if you have a good boss

      Pros

      Good people. Good pay. Solid industry experiences that look good on resume if oneday you need to look for other opportunities. Management level varies from team to team, but I have to say I have a good boss, this makes a big difference

      Cons

      Not much training, and definately needs to improve on documentation and knowledge sharing, which is important at work & future career development

      Pros

      Very telecommute friendly and the actual work environment is very good. There seems to be a plethora of internal positions available (see note in cons).

      Cons

      The perceived lack of promotion potential. The lack of a clear path to promotion. The evaluation process is in place, but not used. Raises are decided prior to evaluations being completed (if they even are completed). There is quite a bit of confusion in the internal placement process.
