      Pros

      Its work. the SPP plan is nice, buts standard. standard benefits package. there really isnt anything to special about CGI. Seriously im really indifferent about the company, I am sure that differnet Business units will have different ups and downs, however there isnt really anything that great, or bad. The social group is good i guess. nothing too special though. really indifferent to the whole process, lots of junior folks, but i have stepped up, and am being compensated for that. good learning experience and better than working at keane.

      Cons

      Nothing too exciting, its a business process management company. It might get an accountant excited, but really. its pretty dry stuff.

      Pros

      The size and number of opportunities is one of the good points. A lot of people with skills, experience and competence. If your good in business politics, you can go even further... For most part of the staff, overtime is paid, except team managers and upper management.

      Cons

      The size of the company, politics. You must have friends at right places. People are protective of their area or roles and responsibilities. This is normal in any big size company and governmants.

      CGI is a big firm which gives you a great name on a resume you get to work with various types of great clients

      Cons

      CGI doesnt really have a good reputation in the public's view for certain types of contracts. contracts are often negociated very high and it gets hard to do business development unless you work with the businness development team.
