Management calls employees members, which is all word soup to try and make you feel like you are an integral part of the company. They often push for employees to work more than 40hr week so that they can bill the government for that time. But you don't get paid for it. If you work40-47 those hours go to flex and if it isn't busy or they approve you can use the flex time the following week. If not used they are lost...which nets to you worked for free! They want you to work for free it boosts the hours they are able to bill for. Raises are pennies...They give more accolades than showing it with pay. Management doesn't address issues tend to turn a blind eye.
