Poor management, will shout your name to the whole office to call you out about your call, manager hates if employees are talking with each other, promotions without a raise, no trainers, managers will belittle you, whole month OT (some are unpaid), employees are not allowed to go to comfort room or take their brakes and lunches (these better be spend to work taking calls instead, insufficient man power. Other departments don’t accept anyone from helpdesk. 0 growth
