      Flexible work schedule but Terreble pay and No growth

      Pros

      Work schedule was amazing. Long term projects. Worked almost all day from Home. Flexible working schedule and hours. Good Stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      Low pay as compared to industry. Good performances gets buried into yearly evaluation year after year. Long never ending wait for promotions for deserving employees. Same management for decades favoring their employees.

      Only pay is better but lot of companies pay for it.

      Cons

      Don’t work for CGI, run away. This is typical Indian consultancy, expect you to work for 50-60 hours per week. No work life balance. Biased people.

      Pros

      Good benefits (stock purchase plan, profit sharing when key BU metrics are met, 401k, health/dental/vision etc.), great people, allow telecommuting/remote work.

      Cons

      Often asked to juggle more at one time than is possible impacting focus on key responsibilities, noticed fairly recent demonstrated shift away from core values that made the company great during earlier years of employment and a culture of micro-management starting to manifest in my group.
