CGI is a large, global company so things can move at a slower pace at time. They have an internal training website where you can skill up when you have the time.

Cons

(1). Onboarding process is never ending. (2). If you roll off a project and you do not have a new role to go to, you only have about 3 weeks to find a new role otherwise you will find yourself out of a job. (3). May be placed on multiple projects at the same time which can cause burnout. But if job security is important to you, then you can probably deal with it.
