Company has nice environment and culture. Salary and benefits are very competitive.

Pros

Decent salary, you get half credit for vacation allotment at previous employer, you may get flex time and working from home is possible depending on your manager.

Cons

Don't expect large bonuses, and salary increases tend to be low. There was very little career development. Before COVID, working from home was against policy.

Cons

Immature management, I felt managers are not even trained or not sure what exactly business or employees expect from them, won’t allow to explore yourself and let you to explore yourself
