Pros

Work is varied, have to get on a good project to do something interesting. Culture is very relaxed, can start and leave when you want as long as the work is done. Benefits are great - share purchase plan, private healthcare, social club. Training is available for those who ask for it.

Cons

HR and IT support are atrocious, virtually impossible to get anything done. Pay is far below market average.

Well its basically an IT services company so in that sense the work is ok not great. I was based out of Mumbai office. Didn't found the culture to be pro-growth.

Cons

The mindset of people working is not very action oriented.
