-hard to take back your banked time. -Moving a lot of their Level 1 activities off-shore (read India - they call it best-shore!) to satisfy shareholders expectations and save (make) more money. -Business-Unit are split up in a way that, even if you work as hard or harder than your colleague in another business-unit, you don't get a bonus (or a mediocre one). -Culture and value

Cons

Depending on which group you are in, there may be alot of overtime work involved. Pay raises from year to year do not amount to much.
