Relaxed, beginner friendly environment. Decent salary for recent-graduates. Company funds and encourages workers to get certified in whatever technology they are working with.

Cons

Salaries for mid and senior level developers/engineers do not progress enough when compared to competition. Hiring stardards are low so you may find yourself working with people who will need alot of time to catch up (or may never catch up at all).
