No dynamic leadership, just a team of average workers trying to play in the IT market and make business. They lack creative and world-class consulting that changes the world. You can easily get a feeling that folks are working just for the paychecks and nothing excites them. well its basically in the culture, slow and old technology firm with no vision to grow.
