Get exposed to a lot of different types of projects. Lots of smart and experienced engineers, project managers to learn from. Good work- life balance and good culture.
Cons
Pay is below average. Benefits are below average. Very difficult to get promoted. Company is focused on acquisitions and not on developing employees and becoming more efficient. Company is very top heavy - i.e. shareholders get all the perks & good pay while entry & mid level employees suffer
