Pros
CHAS is a wonderful community based health center. I love that they are non-profit and live out their mission to serve the underprivileged and provide quality health care no matter if they can pay or not! For years, I worked for a profit driven clinic and I can tell you that I will never go back! People care more about true patient care than following the money.
Cons
There is a lot of middle management in CHAS. Policies change often and there is a lot of turnover.
