Most supervisors and management have no other experience outside of CHAS. Creation of jobs that serve no purpose The flexible work arrangement only for certain people Some departments are ran like a corporation while others are a free for all. CHAS is all about diversity and hire that way. You can have lots of experience and years in the field you apply for but you don’t hit their diversity, you will be over looked or denied the position.
