Great team of people. Great benefits and a really innovative culture! General company direction is great! The on-site gym saves a ton of time if you are active.

Cons

The soul of the sales is being fought over. What are we? Are we going to go hard in the paint and make good money for ourselves and the firm? Or, are we going to loaf around and not do anything?

Commissions targets are continually being raised. It feels like you constantly have to keep working harder to maintain or exceed your pay

Pros

Growth and development opportunities within the company available. Great benefits - Most substantial benefits package I've ever had. Company pays significant portion of total costs of provider's monthly health care insurance premium, Company pays for short term and long term disability premiums for employees, Wellness pays program, Teledoc- for your household for free! Company that also focuses on work/life balance - community projects and volunteering.

Cons

Some offices within CHG has better opportunities for growth and promotion based on their size. Vast differences within offices- regarding event planning company wide, roll outs, perks, celebrations, scaling of events office to office, and internal promotions. This leads a few to believe there are cultural differences from office to office.
