      Pros

      Great company culture, very team oriented with ample training and opportunities for advancement as long as you are willing to apply yourself.

      Cons

      There are a lot of moving parts in order for each transaction to be successful so it is imperative to communicate effectively and develop strong internal relationships.

      Pros

      Helping doctors find their dream jobs is amazing. It is a special privilege when you build that sort of trust to be their expert advisor. The Clients were fantastic and hard positions to fill, but that is why they worked with us.

      Cons

      The upper management in Perm was absolutely ridiculous passive aggressive people who trusted rumors and hearsay over reality. The stress that is thrown at a consultant every day did not ever make the pay check worth it. The PERM department is focused on metrics and ratios, everything is about numbers and set up as a call center environment. The good managers they had in place were either asked to resign or step down to consultants. Very sad.
