Not a lot of movement, or opportunity for professional lateral growth. They talk a big game about how "growth and development" means getting better at the position you have already obtained. GREAT for lifers who have already met their career goals and are just looking for a great place to work 8-5...however if you are ambitious and hope to move up the corporate ladder this is a great place to gain experience, just anticipate having to look outside of CHG for your next career move.

Training and development is supposedly to be ranked 4 but they do not practice what its preached, HP department is super busy and I did not received the proper training that it requires,even though they encourage to be transparent,after speaking up that I don't think HP is a suitable fit they suggested to apply for another department in which case they grudgingly interview me but did not find me a fit for the department.my current position was terminated since I spoke up and told them this department is not a fit.
