Pros

CHG is an excellent company to work for. They have generous benefits, and teams truly try to create a sense of community. You feel valued as an employee at CHG from day one and therefore enjoy coming to work. I recommend CHG to everyone I know who is looking for a job.

Cons

This is an 8-5, Monday-Friday job. I miss variety within my work week and work schedule.
