      Management is very supportive of new ideas. If you've got a solid plan and drive to succeed, you can go far.

      Micro-managed, your a resource/ not a human, lots of promises/no follow through, teammates with tenure get preference, hypocritical management, etc...

      Pros

      Benefits and culture are great. Overall a great place to work. Leadership believes in employees and there are plenty of opportunities to earn extra PTO

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Really that's the only negative that I see. If they would compensate at a stronger rate they would probably hold onto employees longer
