I recently celebrated my 10th anniversary at CHG. An important milestone? Yes. However, it's the incredible journey over the course of the past decade in which I am celebrating. I recently took some time to reflect upon my journey as an employee at CHG. One that started as a Sales Consultant and has led to a recent promotion of Director. I cannot help but feel an immense sense of pride and gratitude. Working at CHG has helped me to become a better professional and a better person. I have been rewarded financially as a Sales Consultant, discovered my passion as Leader, and have found personal fulfillment beyond my professional dreams. I seriously doubt I would be the person I am today without the tools, resources and development I have found at CHG.

Cons

The most beautiful forest has its ugly trees.

Pros

CHG attracts people that care about people. I have worked for CHG for over 5 years. During that time I have been the recipient of the care that people have for each other. I also love that I am able to grow and develop in my career path. I am challenged in my position and have opportunity to continue to grow. I have never stayed at a company for this long, and I plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Cons

I can't think of downsides.
