Amazing team supporting me, great benefits, love the values of the hospital, the opportunities they have for the patients to make it a better hospital stay

Cons

There are things that are unavoidable like the weekend and holiday requirements, not having a per diem option yet, the high turn over with admits and discharges I'm not used to it
