Favoritism is rampant in every department from the executive office to facilities. Family and friends of family and close friends are highered into management and they face no consequenes. If you know someone then you get hired and paid to further managements corrupt agenda. This is not an ethical company. HR retaliates against employees by siding with managers and firing good employees without cause and proof of wrongdoing. Christus has been sued many times but nothing changes. Stay far away from Christus unless you like being treated like yesterday's trash.
