      Pros

      Affiliation with Baylor of College of Medicine provides an Academic Environment and great benefits. Colleagues are fantastic. Residency is very strong.

      Cons

      Relationship with Christus Health is very detrimental. Current administration of the hospital system is very poor. Very little work like balance.
