      Free covered parking, matched savings can add up if you stay long enough

      Annual evaluations based on awful, awful SuccessFactors software: mid-level associates set up to fail with unachievable goals when training only available to the managers. Ridiculously understaffed. Deferred maintenance, aging buildings and lowest-bidder environmental services while "leadership" goes on regular "retreats"...and the system still insists on buying more hospitals in Texas as well as SOUTH AMERICA, for crying out loud. "Confidential" Integrity Line does not protect the identity of whistleblowers.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with the majority of my co workers but my love is going that extra mile for my patients.

      Cons

      Management, salaries, technology, proper staffing. It is not uncommon to be extremely short staffed to the point there is no help for one another and assignments are very high acuity.
