There is no planned career growth path in place for the employees to be able to move up the corporate ladder, and even when internal positions become available very rarely do they choose to promote an internal employee. Based on my experience after leaving the company I believe that a lot of skilled position employees are grossly underpaid.

Poor management in higher up levels. “Nonprofit” but very concerned about everything regarding money. Unsafe staffing. Lack of empathy from some physicians.
