Nothing CHRIST-like in my area. Need to rebrand and remove CHRIST from the name. Prejudice exists as the unskilled Caucasians get the positions over qualified regional or outside African Americans indicating, “they have a strong personality.” Perhaps the ones with a strong personality is what is needed to balance the over-paid unskilled Caucasians in this area. The Vice President thinks she is bigger than God and is very disrespectful, lacks leadership and people skills, and does not know the products she is the head of.

With the current health care environment-CHRISTUS has the opportunity to be one of the few healthcare systems to survive and ride the storm. Sadly- upper level management is disoriented. The level of turnover is SHOCKING in this company. People are constantly looking to get out or are shown the door. Morale is low, information is kept behind close doors and they will hire everybody who applies. The company history that they share during new employee orientation makes you proud of being a part of the organization....but that fades quickly!
