      Pros

      Colleagues were very good people - helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I very much enjoyed working with such kind and mutually supportive teammates.

      Cons

      Most of the managers just didn't seem to know how to deal with people, and didn't seem to care - mostly focused on their own advancement, not the job at hand, and definitely not the needs of the staff they "managed". Lay-offs were conducted in a uniquely insensitive manner. I imagine some of the people who lost their jobs in the RIF I observed continue to experience PTSD symptoms.

      Pros

      Every coworker was always so very nice, friendly, and helpful. Management was flexible with schedules if you needed time off. Reimbursed for educational resources.

      Cons

      No bonuses, even when heavily understaffed, there was no compensation. Base salary was not comparable to increasing cost of living and training.

      Team work between coworkers, caring for patients on therapy level is great.

      Cons

      Depends on management demands, admonstration is distant from mission statement, hours for therapy late and no longer flexible, difficult to have family first under this management.
