Pros
Good benefits but very difficult to navigate with a poorly designed online system. The Human Resources team is under-educated and overworked.
Cons
A poorly qualified senior leadership team that says what you want to hear but doesn't deliver what you need to do your job safely and appropriately. Says patients are the number one concern but ignores the nursing team when they voice concerns. Poor pay rates in comparison to the local area as well as national market for nurses.
