      self scheduling, good benefits, you have an opportunity to utilize all your nursing skills and learn a lot.

      Cons

      low pay, people tend to be clique ,high turnover rate, people are expendable. False promises. high nurse to patient ratio, stressful.

      Absolutely no pros to add.

      Cons

      Ratios are awful. Management doesn’t care about employees. All pto denied when requested. Low tech. Half of equipment is broken. Unsafe environment for your nursing license and patients.

      Cons

      Prevent management from “missing the forest for the trees”, i.e. develop a strategy too deeply rooted in past and current operating successes and shortcomings or too dependent on a continuation of current conditions. Filter out biases of management team.
