      The changes that have been made do not take the employees or patient into consideration. Poor Staffing. Lack of leadership.

      So large sometimes slow to move, the one Christus piece is slow to be embraced by new growth.

      The employees and some management were very nice, the work

      When I was at Christus management would huddle up in one office and talk and laugh about employees (not in a good way). I thought that was very unprofessional and not right. Also there was no written documentation f processes and procedures when I begin working there.
