      Pros

      This is a good organization to learn and grow in. It’s faith based and not for profit. Has potential to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      The organization is going through a lot of structural changes. The constant changes make it difficult to make any real movement forward.

      Pros

      Pay is better than other jobs in the area.

      Cons

      Safety is a nonissue. It’s all about the dollar. Nurses are subjected to unsafe situations. Floor nurses taking psych patients, as many as 6 extra patients, multiple assaults. It’s only getting worse.
