      If you fit in then there is quite a lot of potential to grow with the company. PTO Is generous Insurance is fair

      Cons

      Communication is very inefficient due to the layers of management. Not much training, pretty much have to figure out your job on your own. Not allowed to communicate with people about your pay grade...and if you do prepare for a reprimand.

      Flexible work environment with continued focused on improving the culture through actually actions instead of lip service.

      Cons

      Very political at the System Office with various agendas between departments making collaboration difficult at times. Pay for associates with the same role and responsibilities varies too greatly.
