      Great place to work. The staff are nice. Insurance is good.

      Pros

      Trinity Mother Frances is a great hospital. They have the latest technology with computers in all of the rooms for nurse's to document. They are transitioning so that the nurses also carry iPhones which makes communication easier. They are also working on becoming magnet status, which is great.

      Cons

      No weekend differential. There is a high turn over rate. New grads get hired and then get their experience and leave. They should pay holiday pay for all required holidays. The company doesn't appreciate their nurses. Every year their holiday gift and dinner gets cheaper and cheaper. This is no way to keep or show that you value nurse's with experience.

      management was terrible. Management always expected you to accept new patients even if you didn't have the help to care for the new patient
