Good Pay is Not Enough

Pros

Compensation is competitive. CEO is a very "nice guy".

Cons

For a faith-based company, the hypocrisy is astonishing. There's a lack of trust. Sr Leaders are completely self-serving. Favoritism is rampant. There's no plan for transforming to Affordable Care. Weakest links: IT, Finance, HR, Mission & Strategy. Don't even mention Population Health. There's not even a baseline understanding of the true definition. No sense of urgency or excellence.

Pros

-Great coworkers. -Flexible Hours. -Good Benefits. -Great technology available to Hospitals and Corporate staff.

Cons

-Poor pay compared to other hospital systems. -Will layoff employees in a second to meet bottom line (I was not laid off, but many of my coworkers were). -Upper management at Corporate is clueless. -Lack of communication between Corporate and regions. -Cronyism at Corporate.

Pros

Full-time employment. Decent starting salary.

Cons

Too many lies told for relocating. The hard workers are not properly compensated. The suck-up are rewarded for going over and beyond sucking up with very little work ethics or traits. Did not compensate associates appropriately to relocate to Irving, TX.
