      Nice facilities is all there is

      Cons

      No feed back what so ever. Lack of training. No performance standards or goals relayed to new employees. Team leader does not lead, rather he participates in gossiping. Director & Team lead reference long term employees behavior as being a problem with retaining people and then assign those same employees to train new hires. No effort made to ensure employee success.

      Health Insurance -does not pay for birth control -Limited mental health options Pay -Lower than market -Annual merit increases do not keep up with inflation or benefit costs -Can take up to 18 months after being hired to receive a bonus Environment -only some people are allowed to work remotely -disparate enforcement of policies -little work-life balance
