      Pros

      Decent company to work for compared to other options in our location. They have deep pockets for clinical necessities, if approved - which can take a while to go up the chain.

      Cons

      Pay could be better for long-term employees, especially for number of patients the facility sees.

      Pros

      Well, I was grandfathered in prior to the reduction in PTO for new hires. It's a pro for me, but not for them. The Corporate office is nice, and they have a great coffee shop and cafe with cheap food. I like the work life balance and my coworkers.

      Cons

      Why did Christus spend multi millions on a building instead of allowing 600 plus employees to work at home and get a raise in pay? They say it's because of culture and against their mission. Give me a break!
